Each print is a museum-quality paper poster. Unframed, so you can pick a frame that actually matches your space instead of getting stuck with whatever we bundled in.
- Material: Thick, premium paper (not the flimsy stuff)
- Finish: Choose matte (no glare, no glossy mirror situation when the sun hits it) or semi-gloss (a subtle sheen with a bit more depth to the color)
- Frame: Not included. Standard sizes fit off-the-shelf frames from anywhere (Target, IKEA, Amazon, wherever)
- Care: Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from moisture, like any paper print
Every design is made to order, which means your poster doesn't exist until you hit "buy." A little slower than grabbing something off a shelf, but it means less waste sitting in a warehouse and a print that's actually yours.
Shipping & Returns
Every order is printed just for you, so give us a beat before it ships:
- Production time: 2–5 business days to print and prep
- Shipping time: 3–8 business days within the US after that
- Free shipping on orders over $50 — no code needed, it just happens at checkout
- You'll get a tracking number the second it leaves the printer, so you can stalk your poster's journey to your front door
Delays happen sometimes (weather, holidays, the printer having a moment) — if your order's taking longer than expected, just reach out and we'll check on it.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every poster is made specifically for you when you order it, we're not able to accept returns for a change of heart. Sorry — no take-backs on "I thought it'd look better over the couch."
That said, if something's actually wrong on our end, we've got you:
- Damaged in transit: Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll get a replacement printed and shipped, no charge
- Print defect or wrong item: Same deal. Photo, 30 days, we'll fix it
- Wrong address you entered at checkout: Unfortunately not on us, so double-check that shipping info before you hit "place order"
